The full Moon rises dramatically over the Richmond – San Rafael Bridge, connecting traffic between Marin County and western Contr Costa County, north of San Francisco, CA, as the lights of East Richmond and El Cerrito pepper the hills below Skyline Drive. The bridge is officially called the John F. McCarthy Memorial Bridge.
